Delivery & Returns

Please get in touch if you have any questions about delivery, returns and refunds.

In stock orders will be posted within 2 working days. For items made to order, please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order has been placed I will be in touch with more accurate timescales relating to your unique order. I will keep you updated with the progress of your order.

I currently post to UK addresses only. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail First class tracked 24 or signed for service.

​

Knitwear and clothing orders will be presented in an organza bag, wrapped in tissue and placed in a white gift box tied with ribbon, then packaged in recyclable brown paper. Gift packaging is included with full price orders as standard.

I work alone from home and do my best to ensure the best customer service and do my best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible whilst ensuring the best quality. Turnaround times will vary depending on my current workload. You will be kept informed during the order process.

Please get in touch if you haven't received your order within 7 days after dispatch. If you haven't received your order within 14 days after dispatch we can make a claim from the Royal Mail.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address whilst placing your order. I cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses being entered. 

I hope that you are happy with your order. If for any reason you wish to return your order, because you have changed your mind, the item doesn't fit or your item is faulty, you are welcome to return it to me in original condition with tags/packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please contact me before returning your item to let me know. Personalised orders & portraits cannot be returned.

All refunds will be to the payment method used when ordering and to the person who made the payment.

When returning goods, please ensure they are packed and sent securely. I will not be responsible for any damage or goods that get lost in the post. You will be responsible for paying for the returns postage.
